Universally acknowledged as a leading print worker in the area, Geoff will demonstrate how he is successfully harnessing the new technology to maintain his winning form.

1st Quarterly Competition

Our first visiting judge of the season will assess our entry of prints and slides. A chance to earn points towards Clubman of the Year - and benefit from the informed comment of an expert.

Paris Revisited

Bring your prints and slides from last season's European trip. Plus - an uncensored video revealing the exploits of fellow members when let loose in a foreign land. A fun night in prospect.

15 x 15 battle with Leek C.C.

Leek C.C. have had increasing success latterly, with a good number of really strong workers producing the goods. We look forward to a tough battle and to seeing some excellent pictures.

President's Evening

Bill's title for the evening is "Photography - Scientific and not so scientific". Our forthright president will no doubt impress us with his enthusiasm and very extensive knowledge.

"Cappadocia and the Taurus Mountains"

An overdue return visit to Poynton by this modest but highly talented documentary and travel photographer - This time John has a set of slides to hold us spellbound.

A digital photography special. Norman returns this time with practical demonstrations on Photoshop Techniques, tailor made to fit our member's requirements. Look and learn.

The big "3-Way Battle"

Our turn to host the "Cheshire Triangle" with 10 prints and 10 slides from 20 different workers from each of three clubs - Wilmslow Guild PS, South Manchester CC and N.C.P.S. An unusual format which ensures a real test of "strength in depth". Be early!

Home made festive food and entertainment to send us off with a smile.

Harry leads the RPS Digital Imaging Group and devotes much time to unselfishly sharing his extensive knowledge of Photoshop. Prepare to be impressed.

"Nature in Focus"

Tony enjoys continued success in major competitions, particularly in the field of natural history. Tonight he shares with us his secrets and his impressive images.

15 x 15 Battle with the winners of the North Cheshire Challenge Trophy

As tradition dictates, we challenge the club who wins the North Cheshire Challenge Trophy during our exhibition week. A tough battle, but one we attack with relish.

"Portraiture"

A photographic category that tends to take a back seat in our club. Don, with his great experience in the genre, will demonstrate how to get it right and hopefully inspire us to really have a go.

"Travels with a Camera"

Ray knows his way across the Pennines, as a regular visitor to our exhibition with Sheffield's competition entry. His own winning style will be amply demonstrated on this special occasion.

Pictures from Club Outings

The club's social events have gone from strength to strength. Let's see what we have to show for it, photographically speaking - good, bad or indifferent. No rules, just plenty of pictures.
