Although entry forms for Quarterly Competitions and the Annual Exhibition are available on paper for those who want them, members are now encouraged to download them from the website and to edit and print the completed forms on their computers.

Club rules identify information to be provided on slides and the backs of prints. This may be done by hand, but members now have the option to download label templates from the website for editing and printing. The labels to be used are 8-on-A4, freely sold at stores supplying computer stationery, and also sold per-sheet by NCPS. (The slide labels are then further cut up, of course!)

If you fancy some bed time reading the club's constitution and competition rules can be downloaded as pdf files and printed. Note that these are now also available on the website for browsing online.
