Bramhall Exhibition Interclub Competitions
On Thursday 30th October Bramhall PS held two interclub competitions as part of their annual exhibition and NCPS entered both. Six members including our Selection Committee Chairperson and myself attended. Both competitions were judged by Gordon Jenkins, Past President of L&CPU. He said all the submitted images were of very high quality and awarded marks in the narrow band from 16 to 20 resulting in little discrimination between club scores.
The Open Print Competition was won by Chapel Camera Club and NCPS came 4th out of the small entry although Dorothy Redford’s “Art From Decay” was one of two top scoring prints.
Stockport PS won the Projected Digital Images Battle beating NCPS and Sheffield PS by one point. There was a rather larger entry to this competition.
