Committee meeting 13 January 2010
Fourteen members of the committee met at the Hazel Grove Bowling and Tennis Club for this meeting led by Roger Dye.
We cannot get into the room to erect the Exhibition until 12.30pm on the Wednesday.
Much time was spent discussing details of the Exhibition. The meal on the Sunday lunch time being organised by Colin Pickles and Dave Akers. Jackie Robinson has produced posters to be put up around Poynton.
Graham Johnston suggested we have a speaker on the Friday of the Exhibition 2011 instead of a Musical Evening. He is looking into this.
Barry is of the opinion the website requires a face lift. A sub committee is to be formed consisting of Jackie Robinson, John Garner and Barry to deal with this. (Jackie has already put forward some ideas).
