Welcome to the NCPS Website
North Cheshire Photographic Society continues to thrive in Poynton and new members are always welcomed. Come along on any Tuesday evening during our season - there is no obligation to join straight away.

We are affiliated to the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union and compete enthusiastically (and not without success) against other societies throughout the North.

Amongst our other strengths is a strong social programme with photographic weekends and other events well supported throughout the year.

Our 2008/2009 season commences in September with an all new syllabus which will offer the usual variety of top class lectures, competitions and informal members evenings. Our regular venue is the Civic Hall off Park Lane and during the season our meetings commence at 8pm prompt on Tuesday evenings. Once again, on the first Tuesday of each month we will run a Digital Workshop which will be open to anybody interested in learning more about digital photograpghy. These meetings are held in Hazel Grove at the Bowling and Tennis Club.
